The Yellow Moon Cafe is owned and operated by Jennifer Buchheit. She is also
the Cafe's cook, and is joined on staff by her mother Sandi and boyfriend Johnny.
Jennifer has a bachelor's degree in fine arts and marketing from Columbia
College in Chicago, culinary arts and management, and prior to opening the
Yellow Moon Cafe in December 2008 she interned at Medinah Country Club &
worked as a cooking instructor at Williams-Sonoma.
